Make sure you know who you are and who you are not. Get to know others around you by talking with them versus texting or emails. Understanding someone's heart and head as to why they are the way they are makes a huge difference. But before you focus on other people make sure you know who you and why you are the way you are. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
