Happy New Year! So did you make any New Year's resolutions? Are you going to the gym? Do you plan to lose weight? What is it that you plan to change in 2015? The gyms willbe packed for the next 3 to 4 weeks with people who had a plan to go to the gym and work out. But many of the same people will not be there in two or three months from now. Make sure when you set New Year's resolutions that you have away and a plan to execute at a high level so you can win versus losing. After all, it's the right thing to do it models the way for others.
