Sometimes when you have a great day, it just builds momentum for the team. As each rep makes a sale and shouts out their win or wins it challenges others to shout out their success stories too and everyone starts giving high-fives. That kind of momentum encourages everybody to participate and shout out wins as they get them. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
