Giving honest feedback from the heart is the right thing to do. Because telling people what they need to hear with love versus telling people what they want to hear is the better response when giving feedback. Most people are rarely given honest feedback that helps them become better. At work the top performer's attention from their manager is usually given to their underperforming counterparts who believe that giving the under performers the main focus of their attention will have the biggest impact on the team's results What top leaders and managers realize is that top performers can do even more if given honest feedback that can help them become better than they were. After all giving honest feedback from the heart, to help others become better than they were is the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
