Make sure you get enough sleep. Not getting enough sleep can do more than impact your mood, it can impact your health. You need to get 7-8 hours of sleep a night. If you'rre not doing that now, make the change to get 8 hours and see the impact it can make on your mood, your health, and your family. It's another way to model the way by taking care of yourself.
