Feedback is a gift, but like any present a gift is not truly a gift until you take off the bow and unwrap it to see what is inside. Then once you open the gift, you typically don't get the full benefit of the gift until you play with it or use it.
Regarding feedback, the natural initial instinct is to react and quickly respond. Realize that just because you don't agree or you can't see it, doesn't mean that it's not true, it just means that it could be possible and there might just be a learning for you to walk away with and apply.
