Next time you practice something or do any role-playing for sales, go around the room practicing with each other or break into groups of four or five. Have everyone give the person presenting a positive comment and an opportunity to work on or improve something. This way they get feedback to reinforce the positives and an opportunity to work on things to get better. After all, getting better is the right thing to do in the models the way for others.
