Don't settle for good, good to go for great! Recently someone told me that they had a sales goal and they were focused on achieving it, then once they achieved it we celebrated. Another person overheard the conversation and said well now that you've made it, it's not even the middle of the month, and it's just Tuesday...go double it by Friday. It's good to achieve your sales objective, but it's great to double it. So don't settle for good...go for being great. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
