Merriam-Webster defines Sycophant as "a person who praises powerful people in order to get their approval." Make sure that you voice your opinions and feelings, and that you are heard. Life's too short not to speak up and share your points, your thoughts, and your feelings. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
