Don't assume & Check the facts

Sometimes when you have an opinion about something, things may seem very clear, but you need to check the facts. Things are not always as they appear. Do the research, check it out, and see what the truth is and then you will know. It's always best not to assume. I have found that when you assume, many times you are wrong and the path does not lead where you expected it to go. So don't assume and check the facts. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
