If you're so busy "doing" you're not stopping to think. Make sure that you're not so busy that you're not stopping to think. The best way I have found to do this is to create weekly or daily sacred time for thinking where you are not responsible for anything, but to stop and think. It's set aside time that no matter what, you know you will take the time for. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
