Make sure that you meet deadlines. If you're struggling to meet deadlines, set earlier deadlines then the actual deadline so you allow time to get it done in advance. When you have a lot going on and you're playing catch-up, make sure that you manage the most important things first and budget your time appropriately. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
