What does "being in the moment" mean to you? To me in today's world it means putting down your cell phone or your smart phone and being all there. It's not being preoccupied with what's on your phone or who's calling or texting. Your children and spouse, long for the attention you give to your smart phone. So next time you are around your family, put away your smart phone and be in the moment. It's the right thing to do and it models the way for those you love.
