Your attitude determines your outcome. We've all heard the saying, "if you think you can or you can't, you're probably right." What you think will happen is usually what does, both positive or negative, so choosing your attitude and what you think is ever so critical in today's business world. Crossing your arms and or legs with a scowl on your face in a meeting gives off a certain energy to those around you. Pay attention to the energy your attitude is sending and check yourself up to make sure you have a positive attitude. If you need an attitude adjustment, first look at the people you surround yourself with and ask yourself the question, are those around me building me up and adding to my positive energy or are they doing the opposite? You may need to change who you hang out with as well as work on your own attitude and energy output. Pay attention to both your attitude and your energy and work to become positive instead of being a victim. It's the right thing to do and it models the way for those around you.
