I met with a potential customer today and had the opportunity to ask a lot of questions. This potential customer was very gracious with his time and he gave me the information I needed to get a clear picture of his company's current and desired situation. Asking questions, not just any question, but rather high-gain questions helps you get the quick understanding to any given situation. Asking questions shows you care, whether about a client's business, about your spouse, significant other or friend. Asking questions in conversation is the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
