Are you in A player? If you're not, what can you do right now to make you become an A player? Figure that out and move towards becoming and A player. It may be uncomfortable for you to do whatever is necessary to become an A player, but step up and know that you can make it happen. After all, it's the right thing to do and it models the way for others.
