When setting goals, make sure they are S.M.A.R.T.: Simple Measurable Actionable Reachable Time bound This will help you setting goals and knowing when you achieve and hit your goals, because you will define what a good job looks like, how to measure it, and when it will be accomplished by. Setting and achieving goals is the right thing to do and it models the way for others. What's your plan in 2015 to win? What 3 to 4 things do you need to focus on in 2015 that will have the biggest impact on your year and your self, both professionally and personally. Whatever that is, put it on the list. Write it down and use S.M.A.R.T. goals to be able to monitor and measure your success in 2015. After all, it's the right thing to do in that models the way for others. Are you ready? Take the time to get ready and be ready to win. Being ready and in position to win is key. What are you currently doing to win? What part of winning do you need to focus on in order to win? Follow the proven track record steps and script until you get it down, perfect. Then keep practicing it until you can master it. Remember you chose sales as your trade or craft so make time to master it and be the best you can be. Trying is just not enough. Just go do it.
